| Arrival and Departure Times: Jan 26 to Feb 12 and March 28 to April 15 Check-In: Please plan to arrive at 12:00 PM for lunch and an afternoon Whale Watch. Check-Out: Breakfast and Morning Whale watch included. Check-out after breakfast so the rooms can be cleaned for next guests. Self-Arrivals Joining our 5-Day Air Trips: Check-In: Please plan to arrive at 3:00 PM. You will meet the incoming group and have Orientation and check-in to your cabins. No whale watch on Check-in Day. Check-Out: 9:00 AM (after breakfast) Please check-out of your room so it can be prepared for the next guests. No Whale Watch on Departure Day. |

Include in your mailing to us:
- Your check for the Deposit amount due
- Your name and trip dates on your check or an additional piece of paper
- Please do NOT include your Reservation Forms
- Let us know when you have sent your Deposit as well as any tracking information
Additional payment methods:
- Credit Card (4% + .30 fee added to the total)
- ACH payment (1% + .30 fee added to the total)
- Wire transfer ($15 fee)
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Reservations are held for 10 days and once your deposit has been paid, your Reservation is confirmed. If you have any concerns or need more time, please contact us.
